The landscape Program 

This program is designed to teach individuals basic landscaping skills, not just simple gardening, but design, as well as eco-friendly material arrangement and use.

The Landscape

On land similar to the background is where we intend to build, each home will be at least 30 feet from the other, the idea is not to build as many houses in a certain area as possible, but to build in such a way that neighbors can remain neighbors, and still maintain a level of privacy. Haven't you noticed when you travel across the United States or any other country there is a lot, a great deal of land that is uninhabited, for hundreds of miles, not a single inhabitant, why is that? Should we not utilize that which is not being utilized? Now we're not implying to encroach upon nature or another man's, or woman's land, that's not our goal nor our intentions. We seek to purchase the land in bulk, and then make it habitable, while preserving the surrounding habitat to the greatest extent possible.

neighborhoods similar to this is what we aim for, but even this neighborhood the homes are too close together, but our hope is that "you get the picture" in as few of words as possible, we believe it has the same worth.

7 different floor designs

TTOPP intends on purchasing nine different floor plans for two bedrooms, three bedrooms, four bedrooms, five bedrooms, and six bedrooms. Each of the floor plans will include both single-story and second-story homes. Our aim and our goal is to build in such a way that if a party chooses to enlarge their home after the community has completed the last home, that is their choice, however such must be done on their time, and cannot interfere with their volunteerism. As mentioned in exchange for the reduced rate of the home, and the assistance given by the community to build the home, each of the adult resident/inhabitants will be required to contribute 12 hours a week, ranging from 2 to 4 hours per three day cycle. A person can volunteer for more hours, however, we are only suggesting that 12 hours a week is reasonable, of which time the individual is still given credit towards their house payment, so it is not actually voluntary (it's more self-serving then volunteering), but we like the word nonetheless.

We will try to maintain well lit areas

While we do appreciate nature, and the environment, the area around the community will be maintained by solar lighting, not so as to disturb the environment, but as to provide a safe experience for both the inhabitants of nature, and the inhabitants of the community.

MOST COMMUNITIES ARE over CONGESTED

By building in an area that is not densely populated we hope to ease the burden on major cities. One of the largest problems with city life is the congestion, via traffic or people it has been leading to volatile situations. By providing individuals an opportunity to learn and to relax in their own home, that is up to code, where the maintenance is taking care of by the community, we lessen the burden on the homeowner. Our aim is to try to make things better, we are not saying that we will succeed in every aspect, but we will try, and when we say try we are implying that we are aiming for success.
