The TRAINING and GRANT Program

TRAINING will be likened or akin to on-the-job training, each participant will receive a stipend of grant monies, these monies will be utilized to trade, purchase, barter. Food will be provided as well as clothing, as well as housing, as well as transportation, and each participant will be required to learn at least four skill sets, but they can learn as many as they desire.

THE GRANT PROGRAM

There will be a program known as the GRANT-PROGRAM, this discount program will be utilized to provide grant monies which are nontaxable to those who volunteer their services, so as to subsidize their expenses and during training will be utilized to offset part of the cost of the home.

The way the training program works is that while an individual is learning their skill sets, they are being credited grant monies during the training. Because SHELTER, food, clothing and other expenses are provided, a portion of the grant monies will be placed in an escrow account to be applied to the balance of the home upon the completion of training.
