There is no limit to the number of satellite locations, but however no satellite location may be within 50 miles of the other satellite location, this is for health reasons, resource reasons, and access to water supply.
After the first community is built with the aid of at least 300 volunteers, the volunteers who have excelled will have first opportunity of training the next group of volunteers, and this will repeat exponentially. when the first unit is complete, the next group will be brought in to complete the next units, until all four subdivisions are complete. Then those who have become proficient in their skill sets will have opportunity of going to other locations and training staff and volunteers at the other satellite community locations.
