The Solar and Wind-Generator Program 

As you know the biggest expense in most homes is that of electricity, in modern communities electricity is essential for peaceful and relaxed living. Without electricity we have no way of communicating with individuals over long distances, lighting becomes a problem, and refrigeration of our food becomes even a greater problem.

TTOPP, will train individuals on the production of solar panels, as well as wind generators/turbines to help produce energy for the community and even on individual levels. We've all seen the solar fields and the wind farms, although we won't be using the large when generators used to generate energy for an entire city, we will utilize when generators on a scale to compensate for the needs of the community.
