The POLICIES and PROCEDURE Program 

The policies and procedures program will not be overly burdensome, and will include things like a 15 minute mandatory cooldown period for any incident, involving any member of the community. No smoking of any product, no drugs unless prescribed by qualified licensed physician, a zero assault tolerance policy, a no death policy, and a mandatory respect policy. The program will operate under a strike rule principal, which will include the requirements of three warnings for minor infractions to receive a strike, and three strikes before one can be terminated from the program. If the infraction is severe enough termination can happen immediately.
