(TTOPP)
The Threat Outbreak Preparedness Program

In recent history there has been one natural disaster after another, why look at Indonesia, three major earthquakes above 6.5 on the Richter scale in the past week (Sept. 2018 final week), resulting in at least three tsunamis. Then you have the Pandemic COVID 19 and the individual scrambling for food and medical care and aid. And there is talk that there will soon the another pandemic, a thousand times worse. Shouldn't there be preparation? THE THREAT OUTBREAK PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM or T.T.O.P.P., has been established to act as a buffer for the community and to aid government in times of crises in the areas to where the organization is located.

The communities are established and self-contained, and that they have a backup water supply, they operate off solar and wind power, they have their communications network, emergency shelter facilities, emergency food supplies, medical staff, and emergency response teams in the form of Community Protection Units.

Inquiries- FAQ

No, TT0PP operates via its community credit system, because the community is self-contained, the credit system within the community relies upon the member volunteers efforts, value, and participation.

The global markets and the global economy operate in a completely different system, their system is built upon the premise of supply and demand, and that particular model is not designed to be self-sustaining. The supply and demand model requires there to be a reduction in supply so that there can be an increase in demand, but what happens when there's too much supply and not enough demand, this leads to what's known as inflation.

with TTOPP, the supply is the volunteer, there home that they had a hand in building, and there repayment of the home price by their volunteerism. The fact that the homes are not traded on the market, not sold for market value which can be highly inflated, but only for material, land, and labor costs, allows us to create a barter system that is sustainable.

The homes that are initially constructed will take approximately  three weeks to six months to complete after the foundation is laid. We will be using methods associated with what's known as the "QUICK BUILD PROGRAM", that have been utilized by an organization known as the Jehovah's Witnesses. Their techniques have resulted them over 60,000 properties being either repaired, remodeled, rebuilt, and/or constructed as a result of these techniques over the past 20 years. Their motto is based on voluntary donations, but it's all done via voluntary contribution of labor.

The program is slated to begin around January 2019.

2.   How do I become part of your program?

Initially, the first set of members will be those who are part of what's known as the "Defrauded Homeowners of America Group", an individual signed up to be a part of this group back in 2016. After the first 300 homes are built, the program will be open up to those who qualify on a first come first serve basis.

3.    How do I qualify for your program?

First, you must meet the financial criteria, which means that you can't already own property in the United States. You must be a willing participant, i.e. you must recognize the policies, procedures, and standards of the TTOPP organization, and agree to abide by them. You must recognize that the mortgage contract is only a seven year contract, if you meet all of the obligations of the contract for the seven years than the property becomes yours without any further payments being necessary.

4.      How is TTOPP funded?

TTOPP is funded via grants, Contributions, Philanthropy and donations from various sources who understand the goals and ambitions of the organization.

Yes our services will be available to all government, cities throughout the world. however, our services will not be available to any organization and/or agency seeking to profit, and who are unwilling to abide by our core mission statement.

No, because the idea is in ours, the idea isn't new, all we are doing is providing an out, a means for those who are less fortunate. All we are doing is providing an opportunity for the American dream, where we as an organization are not looking at profit, we are looking at community development, and unification.

Also note, if a different organization attempted to do what we are doing it would cost them billions, and they would be seeking to recoup those funds. They would never be able to get the volunteerism, and maintain that over time. Because we have individuals who are willing to participate and to whom we grant FULL ownership of their property after seven years with only one exception, that they cannot sell the property to any corporation and/or financial institution, we don't see a problem, plus the more the merrier.

The land will be for the most part donated after the first two communities are set up, but the first two communities will be acquired by funds apportioned by the parent company, the land will be land that is held either by private owners and or local government, which we will acquire at a discount rate due to the size of the acquisition.
